Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of each lesson. At this time I’m able to accept cash and will be working out other options for the future. Prices are subject to future increases (no more than one annual increase)

LESSON OPTIONS

I am currently offering three ways to take lessons:

  • Option 1- The Weekly Lesson. With this option you will have a set time every week that I will hold for your lesson. You will have access to all student portal warm-up recordings, all print-outs, and up to 2 sheet music prints a month. These lessons take place in-person (not online) and are meant for singers of all experience levels, but especially beginners or youth.

    • Pricing:

      • 30 min - $40

      • 45 min - $60

  • Option 2 - The Occasional Lesson. This option is for people who want more flexibility in scheduling their lessons. You will not have a set weekly time slot. Instead you will call/text me at (646) 305-4032 and we will work out a time for you to come in. These lessons are for more experienced singers who are working towards an audition/role/concert. Choosing this option does not gain you access to the student portal or music/resource print outs. Please bring an extra copy of the music you wish to work on.

    • Pricing:

      • 45 min - $60

      • 60 min - $80

  • Option 3 - The Online Lesson. This option is only for those outside of Central Connecticut. You can choose to have either a weekly or occasional lesson. Weekly online students gain access to the student portal but will have to print/purchase their own music to work from. Each online student must have a computer/iPad with a reliable internet connection, a speaker nearby that is separate from the one being used for the lesson, and a gmail account.

    • Pricing:

      • 30 min - $40

      • 45 min - $60

SCHEDULING

As a working performer I am sometimes called away for a gig. For this reason, consistent scheduling might be tricky at times. I will do my absolute best to keep those with a weekly lesson time the same each week. Once I assign you a lesson day and time that spot is yours unless I have to change it due to travel. Example: your lesson is Tuesdays at 5, but this week I will be gone on Tuesday… the next Tuesday is still being held for you and I will do my best to give you another lesson during the week of the missed lesson. If I’m not able to, there is no make-up lesson owed because payment is only required at the time of the lesson and not before.

Lateness

Please let me know if you are running late via text at (646) 305-4032. If you call and I am in a lesson it may disrupt the lesson and I won’t be able to answer. I do my very best to start and end lessons on time for the next lesson to begin. Because of that I am unable to make up any lost time for lateness. As a general guideline please arrive 5 minutes before the lesson starts to be ready to go.

Absences

If you must miss a lesson please give me as much notice as possible so I can fill that spot with another student for that week. If you fail to give me any warning and are a “no-show”, I will not be able to hold your current lesson day and time-slot for subsequent weeks. If you fail to show up without warning three times I will not be scheduling you for further lessons.
